The Family and Community Partners Preschool offers culturally relevant, high-quality, community-based preschool services to children from underserved refugee and immigrant families in Fresno County. The preschool is state licensed and NAEYC accredited. (the National Association for the Education of Young Children)
To be eligible:
*children must be 3 years old and fully potty trained
*child must have physical, TB test clearance and immunization card
* required paperwork completed
Our Curriculum and Goals:
The preschool uses a culturally congruent, enriched, Reggio-inspired curriculum with an emphasis on language and literacy development. The primary goal of the preschool is to prepare children to be ready for formal education. Staff ratios are kept low for personal attention, with one teacher for every eight children, Participating in FIRM Preschool results in children who can maintain healthy, respectful family relationships while also showing initiative and becoming capable of meeting American public school cultural expectations.
Our Schedule and Rates:
The Preschool is open from 7:00 AM-5:30 PM Monday-Friday. Children are fed breakfast, lunch and a snack daily. Nap time is from 12:30-2:30.
Tuition is $125/week for full time, full day care, 5 days per week. Half day rates are also available. Please call for details. We gladly accept Supportive Services, CSN, PACEAPP and military subsidy contracts for tuition payments.
