The Family and Community Partners Preschool offers culturally relevant, high-quality, community-based preschool services to children from underserved refugee and immigrant families in Fresno County.  The preschool uses a culturally congruent, enriched, Reggio-inspired curriculum with an emphasis on language and literacy development.  The primary goal of the preschool is to prepare children to be ready for formal education. Participating in FIRM Preschool results in children who can maintain healthy, respectful family relationships while also showing initiative and becoming capable of meeting American public school cultural expectations.  Charlotte Miranda is the Director of the Preschool Program.
