Staff Transitions

Paula & Yvgeniy

Paula Cha & Yvgeniy Runkevich

At the end of July, FIRM will mark two significant transitions of long time staff. Paula Cha, who has been on staff with us since October of 2000 will be leaving to pursue nursing school full time. During her time at FIRM, Paula has served as a Case Manager, Job Developer and Program Director of our employment services. Most recently, she has also assisted families who have faced wrongful foreclosure to apply for compensation.

Yevgeniy Runkevich has served with FIRM for two years as an Americorps/VISTA intern, working with the Slavic Family Support Program. He has worked with parents and caregivers of preschoolers to teach about child development and the importance of educational play. He will be moving to Boston in August to start a Masters Program at Harvard Divinity School.

We will miss both Paula and Yevgeniy, but wish them well in their educational endeavors!
