It was announced today that FIRM has won third place in the the California Poison Control System (CPCS) and Health Outreach Partners’ (HOP) 2011 Video Contest! These videos (one in Hmong and one in Lao) focus on poisoning prevention.
The award notification includes this text:
Your video short is being recognized as an innovative communications tool for promoting creative and effective poison prevention messaging to the low-income immigrant and refugee population.
